NOTES:  1) You must come in at the same time for each appointment while on this study.
                2) Please use the restroom before you come to ECRL as there will be
                    no panelist restrooms available.
                3) You must come in the panelist entrance up the stairs to enter the facility.
                     You will be screened here prior to entering the building.
                4) Come at your scheduled appointment time. You will not be permitted to

                6) You MUST have your ID card with you.   
                7) You must prescreen if you have never participated on a Follicular
                     patch in the past.  You must have a history of acne or oily skin.

Study Hours:   will be 9 am until 2 pm only.

You MUST:
* male or female, 18 to 55, in general good health with a history of acne,
   Fitzpatrick Skin Types I-IV
* if FEMALE, of childbearing potential and sexually active be using an
   adequate form of birth control.
* have a history of acne anywhere on the body but not currently active on your back
* have large pores on your upper back.
* agree to avoid excessive sun exposure of the test sites and to refrain from
   visits to tanning salons during the course of this study.
* agree to refrain from getting the patches wet, scrubbing or washing the test
   area with soap, and applying powders, lotions or personal care products to the
   area during the course of study.
* agree not to introduce any new cosmetic or toiletry products during the study.
* be dependable and able to follow directions as given by the ECRL Tech and
   be willing to participate in all study evaluations.
* have oily skin or a history of acne vulgaris.

You Must NOT:
* be pregnant, nursing, planning a pregnancy or using inadequate birth control.
* be currently using antibiotics and/or acne medications (e.g. Clindamycin, Erythromycin,
  Tetracycline, Retin A, Accutane, benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid products, or any
   OTC acne treatment medications on the test area.
* have been receiving treatment with sympathomimetics, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors,
  non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, and/or systemic or topical corticosteroids within
  one week of study start.
* have a history of acute or chronic dermatologic (including active eczema or psoriasis
  on the test sites), medical and/or physical conditions which would preclude application
  of the test material and/or could influence the outcome of the study.
* be undergoing treatment for a skin and/or systemic bacterial infection.
* exhibit birthmarks, moles, vitiligo, keloids, or any dermal markings on the back
   that might interfere with grading during the study.
* be an insulin dependent diabetic.
* have a history of skin cancer or is currently undergoing treatment for active
   cancer of any type.
* have a history of allergies to tape adhesives.
* be currently taking certain medications which, in the opinion of the Principal 
   Investigator, may interfere with the study.
* have known allergies to skin treatment products or cosmetics, toiletries, and/or topical drugs.
