Lenore has worked in The Cosmetics and Personal Care industry in a clinical testing capacity for more than 20 years. Previous roles at Unilever and Coty working on product testing with ECRL for the past 16 years. Served as President of the DCES (Dermal Clinical Evaluation Society), has given presentations on clinical testing at SCC conferences as well as Claim Substantiation seminars. She has advised the NAD on matters involving product safety and claim support and have worked with hundreds of clients over the years to demonstrate the safety of their products through clinical testing.
